It is the Holy Spirit who enables us to pray to the Father through Jesus his Son. On this Pentecost Day we pray particularly for the Church and her mission in the world.

2. For the outpouring of the Holy Spirit on the our Senators and Legislators that they be inspired to propose laws to ensure justice, peace and equality for all, we pray.

3. For the peoples of the world who do not know God, that the Spirit of truth proclaimed to every nation, may indeed “renew the face of the earth”, we pray.

4. For all who have been signed and sealed with the Holy Spirit, especially those who have been confirmed, that this Church may be united as one body made of many parts, we pray.

5. For the celebration of the Feast of San Isidro on Rota, that Father Isidro Ogumoro and the parishioners will be lead by the Holy Spirit to be faithful disciples of Christ, we pray.

6. For our sick, and those who mourn their loved ones, we pray

7. For the souls of the departed, that they may be made perfect in the life-giving Spirit, we pray.

Father all-powerful, receive these prayers from a people made one by the Holy Spirit, who always dwells within us. We ask this, through Christ our Lord. R.
